한국소믈리에협회를 찾아주셔서 감사합니다.
한국소믈리에협회는 1990년 6월에 설립되었습니다. 현직에 종사하고 있는 회원의 권익 향상과 건전한 와인문화 정착을 목표로 활동하고 있습니다.
협회 설립을 위해 애쓰셨던 서한정 초대 회장님 이래 오늘에 이르기까지, 여러 협회장님들의 헌신과 회원분들의 자발적인 참여로 꾸준한 성장을 이어오고 있습니다.
전세계를 혼란에 몰아넣은 코로나19의 여파로 우리 협회 또한 예전의 활발한 활동이 잠시 주춤거릴 수밖에 없었습니다. 이제 다시 기지개를 켜는 심정으로, 움츠러들었던 어깨 활짝 펴는 마음으로 2022년이 새로운 도약의 해가 될 수 있도록 좋은 활동들을 시작하겠습니다.
하루가 다르게 성장을 거듭하는 와인 산업의 중심에 서는 협회가 되도록 하겠습니다. 고객의 접점에서 직접 와인을 서비스하는 소믈리에뿐만 아니라 와인 관련 산업 종사자들이 함께 우리나라 와인 산업의 발전을 도모할 수 있는 기회와 다양한 계기를 마련하도록 하겠습니다.
회원 여러분과 함께 발전하는 한국소믈리에협회가 될 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠습니다. 열정으로 실천하고, 지치지 않고 행동하는 한국소믈리에협회가 되겠습니다.

Greetings from the president of the association.

Thank you for your interest in Sommelier Association of Korea (S.A.K).
Established in June, 1990, S.A.K. aims to strengthen the rights and benefits of the members and to establish healthy wine culture in Korea.
The first president Hanjeong Seo had paid great efforts to establish the Association, and the following presidents and the members of S.A.K. have developed the association with their devotion and active participation.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, S.A.K. and the members found it difficult to plan and participate in activities freely as before. However, in 2022, the Association will restart various activities and encourage and provide a variety of good opportunities for the members.
Domestic wine industry is growing significantly and S.A.K. will be the center of this growth. The Association will plan various events and provide opportunities not only for sommeliers but for wine business partners.
Once again, I appreciate your support on S.A.K. and we promise active operation and provision of practical opportunities and events for our members, in accordance with continuous growth of wine business in Korea.
